Brian PDQ Signs
I just picked up a used aeroflow for my bike (99 RT) and went to install it last night and feel there must be some "parts" missing. The holes in it are a little bigger diameter and the glass is thinner so my black hold down strips on the front are about 1/4" away from the glass when tight. Do you need to modify those, add some washers or summat on the back side? I can fab some parts no problem but was wondering if the aeroflows come with washers and other extra pieces for installation. Bueller? Bueller? Link to comment
Edgar
There are shims that Aero makes that take up the gap. You can order them directly from them. They are very proud of these things. Link to comment

haildamage
indeed, you need the spacer to make up for the fact that the aeroflow is much thinnner than the stocker. you're gonna like that shield for winter and wet conditions! Link to comment
