DaveTheAffable
I have some fresh scratches on my bike. Let's just say that I learned how heavy a K1200RS really is, and leave it at that for the moment. I will eventually have some "professional" paint work done, but in the interim thought I'd try the Color Rite Aerosol. Anyone have experience with their products? I know it won't give me a 'great' paint job, but I'd prefer that over labels or decals....I think. Thanks All! Link to comment
Yeeha! Stephen
I used some on a Hail Ding owwie on my RT. The rattle can stuff is really thin and prone to running, so use a little primer first. Seems to build up the area and helps the thin stuff to stick a little better without having goop it on. Still, my patch job is pretty ugly and I hope to get it to the paint shop this Winter. keithb
Dave I don't know about the Color Rite paint but when you need the pieces professionally painted take them to Long Beach BMW. I had to have a lid painted and they did an excellent job. At least two or three people recommended them and I am glad they did. Link to comment
