SteveD
Ordered the Wilburs shocks combination 630, 640 and 625 for my 2000 RT and had them lowered 1". Are there are any tips and/or tricks to getting them installed? I've been searching for documentation online but haven't had any luck. Thanks in advance. Link to comment
jfremder
It's pretty straight forward. You don't need to remove the tank, just slide it back a couple inches. Need Hex Drive's for the rear mounts, mind the torque settings, use some locktite. Hard to get a torque wrench on the top front mount without a crow's foot. I started with about 11 clicks of rebound damping. Be sure to set your sag properly. PM if you have a specific questions. -Jeff Link to comment

Hulka
I was kind of worried about putting my Wilburs on too. In all , it took longer to remove the plastic than to install the shocks. Pretty straight foward I thought. I have them and I love them. Link to comment
