keithb Posted June 27, 2006 Share Posted June 27, 2006 Hello All Got back from the first Big Bear Rally yesterday and had a wonderful time. Attendance was sold out at 253 people plus an additional 20-25 volunteers. The INN DER BACH inn is a great location. We beat the 106 degree temps down below in San Bernardino by being at 6500'. There was plenty of grass and shaded camping thanks to the 150' pines on the site. Entertainment consisted of 4 comedians from the L.A. area that were quite funny as well as two of our members that are very funny in their own right. We gave away two full riding suits including gloves and boots (men's and women's) along with a 3 day bike rental, and 2 sets of Sidi boots. All of the comments I heard were very positive.
