NewtomeR850R Posted June 24, 2006 Share Posted June 24, 2006 taking off my rear shock so that i can lift up the rear frame, should it be on a certain preload setting? Also, how much tension is on the rear shock while it is bolted to the bike? Cause i can't seem to get the bolt out. Link to comment

GordonB Posted June 25, 2006 Share Posted June 25, 2006 And when you reinstall it be sure the "rebound adjsmnt screw" is facing the left side of the bike Plus back of on your preload it'll reduce the spring lenght FWIW Link to comment
