Steve1962
Due to withdrawal sypmtoms [ I haven't been on the bike since Saturday morning ] , I felt compelled to ride into work this morning , taking a somewhat convaluted route [ otherwise known as round and about ] .... the sun was shining , a light breeze was keeping me cool ............. here are some snaps ......... We had some rain last night ............. which makes the air nice and fresh , and the scenery lush ....... Looking up towards the sun .......... Some directional information .......... [ this will have to do until I get round to installing the GPS ] I just rode up this lane ................ which is narrow ............... The Panzer .............. Looking across the field towards North Leigh .......... The roads around here have some curves ......... You have to keep your wits about you , as many of the corners are blind , with no run off area .......... A pause for reflection ............... What sort of nutter lies down in the road to take a photo Back on the bike , a few miles later ........... I guess you could call this a one finger salute ........ The early morning sun sits well on the land ........... and now , into Eynsham .......... which has some nice buildings .......... As well as a lovely church .............. Gargoyle ............... you might have such an expression on your face if you were positioned so precariously atop a drainpipe too !!! and war memorial .............. Eynsham Cross ............. first , the history ........ and the piccies ........... The churchyard ....serene and beautiful .......... such a sense of history in these places .... Looking at a stained glass window , through another ......... With time pressing on , one last photo of a hanging basket ....... Steve Link to comment
madness522
Simply beautiful scenery. If I had that kind of scenery on my way to work I'd have to call in sick a lot more often! Link to comment

12bar
You are more dedicated than I am, there is no way I could have gone to work after that ride I would have just kept going. Great pictures someday I hope to ride there. Link to comment

YamadogR1
Merry Old England never looked better. Keep sending us these wonderful pictures. We colonialists need to be reminded of our roots. Link to comment
