Roger_R Posted June 19, 2006 Share Posted June 19, 2006 I have the ST defrocked installing the XM radio, now how the heck to you pull the air filter? I see where the snorkel is, looks like the snorkel pops out of the gromet and slides out of the way to access the filter. Am I correct? Thanks. Roger Link to comment
duckbubbles Posted June 20, 2006 Share Posted June 20, 2006 Roger- There are two clips, top and bottom where the snorkle fits to the airbox. I am pretty sure they have to be slid outward to release the snorkle. I also think that they stay captured, but I am not sure. Then the filter will come out easily. Frank Link to comment
