Hello I'm new to the talk group and looking for writers and groups in Southern California specifically around the inland empire San Diego Los Angeles Orange county area. Let me know if you have any information about rides in the area or if you're in the area and want to get together for a ride now and then. I have several bikes of different sorts. My current beamer is a 2020 k 1600 GTL 719 build. Pollux metallic. I also ride a 78 laverda, 07 jigster 1000, and an 07 roadliner.Screenshot_20240823-183919.thumb.png.411264978073aa143690279fc92419a4.pngScreenshot_20240823-183919.thumb.png.411264978073aa143690279fc92419a4.pngScreenshot_20240823-183919.thumb.png.411264978073aa143690279fc92419a4.pngScreenshot_2024-08-03-12-14-36-54_0ce57feeccaa51fb7deed04b4dbda235_012202.thumb.jpg.a04f19274da8be5d3a10b3c12158dd02.jpgScreenshot_20240823-183919.thumb.png.411264978073aa143690279fc92419a4.pngto

Welcome to the board.   Great looking bikes!   That helmet looks pretty cool.   Enjoy your stay here and have fun riding those bikes.

I am sure you will find some more info about riding folks in your area, but keep in mind there is an annual gathering happening next year on your side of the country.  Just be patient about details as it is A Work in Progress.

You may want to try a similar intro in the https://www.bmwsporttouring.com/forum/186-bmwst-new-member-introduction/.   Tha may open up your intended audience a little more.

Cheers!

BMW Motorcycles of Escondido has monthly organized rides where you may meet people.  I only rode down once for it (150 miles each way), and sometimes the group is a bit large, but you can throw out a line.  Get on their Facebook page or maybe email list for updates.
