Where: Natural Bridge Hotel Jefferson Room

Food: Grill Buffet BBQ Chicken Breasts, Pulled Pork, House Salad, Cole Slaw, Baked Beans, Baked Four Cheese Mac, Pretzel               and Brioche Buns, Assorted Cheeses, Seasonal Cobbler; coffee, herbal and iced tea.

A word about the meal cost: We put a lot of effort into negotiating LOW hotel room rates for The Arts. We really do! Likewise, we try to be very mindful of our group meal cost. It's worth noting that at nicer facilities (eg: Natural Bridge) that have their own conference facilities and food service - meal costs are going to be more than when we have a food truck. In addition to the meal itself, we also have to cover setup fees for the conference room and also bartenders fees. Natural Bridge is again allowing us to bring in our own Pizza on Thursday - which is an exception to their policy - and they are waving the room rental fee for pizza night on Thursday as well).  For comparison - in 2022, the meal at Natural Bridge was $33.50.
