bart_vanreeth
Anyone for Latin ?? ok, I'll give it a try. Had to polish my latin up...after all it has been 32 years since my last examen.... the first line I'm not sure of but it might be something like : "For this new building here the first stone was placed by Queen Mary mother of King George the sixth on the 15th of June in 1937". But hey don't shoot me... Nice pictures & nice bike Link to comment

Steve1962
Francois, Thanks - I'll look into that . I'd also like to thank Andy [ Boffin ] for explaining to me [ in terms that a technology luddite like me can understand ] , what the hell all that meant ......... perhaps I should just stick to riding my bike , or cough up the readies to get some storage facility [ I'd rather spend the money on petrol for the bike .....or batteries for the camera ] . Francois_Dumas
Resizing your photos to a smaller format will also help you preserve storage space, bandwidth used...... and loading time for the readers Link to comment

Mike
Once more ..............with photos ........... :grin Steve Wow! Flashback time! The photos above are of the Sheldonian Theatre, designed by Sir Christopher Wren and completed in 1668. My wife and I lived on the outskirts of Oxford several years ago. She auditioned and was accepted into the Oxford Bach Choir, which performs at the Sheldonian. The Oxford Bach Choir was an incredible group, and my wife counted herself very lucky to be accepted - they told her she was the first American to ever sing with the group. Oxford is a fabulous city. I miss it. Link to comment
