K1200LT engine sound after fitting new timing chain/chain slider/water pump seal

Hi, 

 

I have worked on a '98 k1200lt, swapped the timing chain, chain tensioner, water pump seal, and now, the engine has this weird sound at low rpm, up to 1500... Above that, the sound is normal. 

It sounds as coming from the lower end, right hand side. I did not do any work there, except for taking the cover off, so that I can fit the front cover first.

 

 

Any ideas what might cause it?

tensioner, best go back in double check timing and make sure tensioner not sticking depressed
