California ride info request

Planning a ride in Central CA (Kernville to Springville) this spring and need to know if the black route in the photo is paved and suitable for an RT or best left to the GS guys. Thanks in advance!

Road is in great shape and paved. Been on it many times on my RT. There are some great roads to the north of your route and also to the south! Depending on snow pack and how early spring you intend to ride, check to be sure route is open.

Not sure where your route starts. 

 

But if you can work in Bodfish and train watching at Tehachapi Loop coming up from the South, you will be pleasantly surprised.
