WTB- Left mirror and left pilot foot peg for 99 R1100RT

I tipped my bike last night and broke the mirror glass on the left side, haven’t had a chance to assess the total damage but i may need the whole mirror assembly as well on the left side.

 

 Also broke the pilot left foot peg. So I need that as well.

 

i will get pictures in a couple hours when I get home.

Okay so I finally was able to assess the damage and take some pictures.

 

I broke the left mirror glass and scraped the mirror housing, which is okay.

 

and the pilot left foot peg broke. So I need that if ANYONE has one.

 

luckily I had engine guards otherwise that could have been bad.

also, @taylor1 I called and they don’t have any of either currently…dealer wants $200+ for just the mirror glass and just the cast shaft of the foot peg 😮

Brodie, While I was near the bike today (I don't keep it at my house), I was dealing with a plumbing emergency and forgot to look at my supplies. I'll do it tmw. So sorry man!! Miguel

No problem! Let me know as soon as you can! I’d like to ride a bit more before winter hits! I can ride without the peg but it’s not necessarily comfortable…I rode home one peg about 15 miles after it broke but I’d rather have it obviously 😂

Ahhh bummer. Thanks anyways @Miguel! Time to hit up eBay! The peg is priority. Mirror glass is only cracked in the corner so I can get away with it for a bit.

I have read that the passenger peg can be swapped over.  That would at least let you ride while you are looking. If that’s wrong, my bad.

I was told by beemerboneyard that the mounting is different for the passenger peg…spring vs no spring, etc.

 

not to mention, I ride two up most times lately so she needs a peg too.
