1986 R80 - wider bars

Hi 

I recently purchased an 86 R80. I ride on dirt roads regularly on the mid north coast of NSW. While the bike does seem quite comfortable on the dirt, the bars are narrow and quite low down. I'm contemplating putting higher, wder bars on the bike but would like to avoid having to replace cables etc. Any suggestions on bars that have worked for others?
