what is the current state of the art custom molded stereo ear plugs

this board use to have wonderful member who did custom molded ear plugs and stereo plugs.  there were great

then a board member found a place in NY that repaired said ear plugs

 

the wonderful board member has passed on, and the NY place no longer seems to do ear plug repairs

 

Just wondering what is the current standard for connecting to our  Bold Pak or Sena units

I knew of a guy in Florida Bob Weiss, he sold custom ear plugs/stereo ear buds and did attend MOA rallies.  He quit do this but he use this company to make his product   https://www.precisionweb.com/challengers.html  I've purchased directly from them and was very pleased.

I been using the company that made the earplug speakers for Bob Weiss (Challenger) to repair my molded ear plug speakers for years. Actually they just did a complete replacement of my speakers and wires after I returned from the UnRally. 

Give them a call, very easy to deal with. I normally call them, then mail them my ear plug setup with my info and instructions and they call me back with a estimate for the repairs.
