K1200 Rear Wheel Locked

Hi guys, my K1200 has a lock of some sort, so I can't walk the bike around.

 

The front is fine but the rear wheel only rotates maybe 8cm before locking in either direction.

 

Does anyone know what's up with that? Thanks

Is the transmission still in a gear?  (not in neutral?)

 

Otherwise we need WAY more information to help you. 

 

Like when was the last time it was movable?  (Last time it was ridden) 

 

Is the neutral light on with the key on? 

 

Can engine be started with clutch held in?

Bro, thanks a lot, you were right. I figured out where the clutch was and put it in neutral.. she's fine now.
