PIAA LED foglights question.

It's for R1100GS. Bought it with PIAA lights. 910s 90s style halogen 55w. It does have 2 buttons, L&R, R one, I'm not sure what it does, but it does have a red light on when on and I keep it on (some kind of Relay under the tank) and the other one is ON/OFF orange light when fog lights are on now the on off isnt effected by the relay red lighted button. The 90s fog lamps are 55ww. One broke off (flimsy bolts by previous owner rusted #2 allen ridiculous stuff) so I bought a pair of amber PIAA lights 9W (mentions 9w twice) attached some pix for reference.

 

My question is, since it's set up for 55W halogen. And now having the two amber 9w, I'd like to add extra LED silver lights since my Touratch dakar lights can't beat a $5 flash light (will LED those by GTR later) how much more Wattage could I add next to the amber ones? I dont ride night often but when on during the day easily spotted by blind drivers.
