Whip
After Ya'll left Torrey it was a little lonely... But I had plans...I had to take Louise to the airport in Salt Lake......then meet up with Chris Olson and FLyingGreg in the metropolis of Fairview.....On to Moab and Arches N.P. Chris brought his new GT The Arches were cool.... We didn't have any specific plans so I had to think about it.... Then I remember something about a road in Colorado...141... The road to 141 wasn't too bad either...no Mrs. Whip this time...I had to do a Foerster and takem while riding...later on this would prove to be fatal for the camera... Hey slow down I'm trying to take your picture... This looks like a nice place to take a break.. Best I could do....Chris on his GT When in Gunny don't forget about 141... I'm sure glad Greg was leading.....we could've had steaks!!! I love this guy Poser On to Telluride For a ride in a Gondola I would follow him anywhere...FlyingGreg in his element.. It can't get any better than this..... The last picture my camera ever took.. as it went flying off my bike at about 80mph....Greg went back to get it I didn't notice...my hat did the same thing on the way to Durango between Silverton and Ouray...Chris stopped to get it that time.....It's great to have friends to look after ya......A great time was had by all.....I don't I'll ever forget............. GelStra
Whip, et al, great shots. Hope to get some o' my own when we head to Denver (and hopefully Gunney) next month. Whip, I was checking out your shots on your Smugmug page. GREAT stuff! Your shots of Durango have pretty much made that town a must-see on our trip. Jeez, when you can hold onto the camera, you get some really nice shots! (Truth be told, that's why I've always been hesitant to do shots on the run myself. I'm too cheap to risk having to buy another camera. I've already had a cell phone go bouncy bouncy at 70MPH. ) Thanks for posting. Link to comment

Mike O
These pics are a reminder of WHY we ride. Thanks for posting! Regards. Mike O P.S. We did Quray and Telluride and CO 145 on the way TO Torrey. I'm surprised more folks didn't recognize the grins on our faces. Link to comment
Fasterpill
So my 14 year old daughter wants to know: if he peed there, would it end up in both oceans? Can't believe I was there a year ago already. Eatin' my heart out since I couldn't make it this year! I love riding with Greg, too. That pic was hard to look at... Link to comment
