Can't change email address

I have a new email and when I try to change it I always get an error message. I am doing what is required for the change but it doesn't work.

I recall seeing your difficulty in login in last month (messages sent via "Contact Us" ) but when I responded , the email "bounced" .ie was returned as undeliverable .. apparently you are now able to at least log in .

I seem to have solved this problem. I did the same things as before to change and today it worked. Still don't know why it didn't work earlier.
