Can I use a Battery Tender Plus or Jr. with optional BMW plug? Is there a reason to get the Battery Tender Plus? I found some online here. Thanks in advance for your advice. Link to comment
philbytx Posted May 25, 2006 Share Posted May 25, 2006 James, Both will work just fine. The BT Jr. is more compact and has a different (two stage) charging algorithm that's all. I have a BT Jr. that I take with the bike on a long trip (in our RV) and use the regular BT's in the garage. Link to comment

One more question… Do you use the BMW DIN Plug adapter and plug it into the power outlet or do you use the Battery Tender connections that you connect directly to the battery?
