Very carefully click on the time or date of the last post.

Tewks suggestion works, but also make sure you have configured your account settings (click on screen name on top left  right of home page)  to one of the following  choices ... normally I choose comments I haven't read which may or may not be the last comment in the topic .... you can then just click on the topic
