Bud
The judge in this case should no longer be on the bench. His complete lack of regard for justice for the victims and sympathy for the rapist is beyond the pale. He and the rapist should hope that no one in the victims families take justice into their own hands. “I’m not ashamed to say that I actually prayed over what is the appropriate sentence in this case because there was great pain. There was great harm. There were multiple crimes committed in the case,” Murphy said, according to WKBW. “It seems to me that a sentence that involves incarceration or partial incarceration isn’t appropriate, so I am going to sentence you to probation.” In what world does this judge live? Would he feel the same if it was his daughter? His parents were enablers, they are also facing charges but most likely, given their son's treatment, will not serve time as well. " The “party house” label at Belter’s family home was fueled by his mother, Tricia Vacanti, now 50; his stepfather, Gary Sullo, 56; and Jessica M. Long, 42, a family friend, who allegedly supplied teen girls with alcohol and marijuana, according to state police. The three adults, who police say helped groom the women for sexual assaults by Belter, have pleaded not guilty in Lewiston Town Court to misdemeanor charges of child endangerment and unlawfully dealing with a child. " Shame on the judge. https://nationalpost.com/news/world/man-who-raped-four-teenagers-gets-no-jail-time-judge-says-incarceration-isnt-appropriate 1 Link to comment

Bud
I know I'm an old phart, but darn it, what's happening? I sound like a grumpy old man: You kids get off my yard. It seems like if you have enough money, laws don't apply or at least you can plea bargain the most serious charges away. He didn't doesn't have good role models in his parents. Link to comment

The real truth tellers in America's national press would have explained how much this sentences helps reduce white supremacist violence in America. /SARC 🙄😖 Ya know what they say, "ya gotta break a few eggs to make an omelet. " So, four raped teens = a four egg omelet for ...ah.... people in Amerika with a certain point of view. Just saying ... 🤬 Link to comment
