Like new, only used one time and has been stored in the closet since.  Bag is designed to be mounted on the rear seat and has three sets of different length straps to mount it.  Lots of pockets and a back pad area on the front of the bag.  $75 plus the actual shipping cost.

Are you sure that's a 3? It looks, in the pics, like the shiny fabric of the version 2. 

 

I have a 2 that I used until it was worn out and now a 3 - in either case your price is a steal of deal - very functional/versatile luggage (I've used them on a GS, an S, an R9T, a Ducati ST2 and a KLR - maybe more...?).
