My understanding - which is only from the internet  - is that there should be, for each side, a mounting bolt, a metal collar/sleeve (like a large washer with a very large inner diameter) and then a/some metal washers/spacers. If you've got at least the bolts and collars, I'd be happy to buy the set at your price.

Yes I do have bolts. 
Original paperwork does not show oversize washers
